What happens when you click cancel or ok when you leave password blank?Shared it with the factory
Thanks for the suggestion but they both come up with password invalid. What happens when you click cancel or ok when you leave password blank?
Also try 7890XX but replace the XX with present day hours in 24hr format.
I know it may be perhaps not same device but I have Dcolor Gd1 just not gigablue branded and I had no such problems with needing a password in fact to be honest i went back into about and it said developer options had already been enabled, i had forgotten but i should have known first thing i do with android if needing to sideload apps. Thanks for the suggestion but they both come up with password invalid.
Purchased direct from China no doubt for about £6 . 🤣I know it may be perhaps not same device but I have Dcolor Gd1 just not gigablue branded and I had no such problems with needing a password in fact to be honest i went back into about and it said developer options had already been enabled, i had forgotten but i should have known first thing i do with android if needing to sideload apps.
Not quite £6 can't be bothered going back to start of thread think it was £34 but same ones WOS are selling now since obviously you were the only one that bought a gigablue to start with from WOS any way get back on point im certain if you had needed password to enable developer options you would have mentioned it ,Purchased direct from China no doubt for about £6 . 🤣
Enable developer options is the one of the first things I do when I get a new Android device.I know it may be perhaps not same device but I have Dcolor Gd1 just not gigablue branded and I had no such problems with needing a password in fact to be honest i went back into about and it said developer options had already been enabled, i had forgotten but i should have known first thing i do with android if needing to sideload apps.
Also I cannot believe since february no one has enabled developer options or has there been perhaps firmware update , but just looking back at the video i have exact build number and date so perhaps a gigablue thing
Any particular reason why they have a password on developer options? I never had android device that needed a password.Resolved with input from myself and the factory
The code is unique on every device and depends on mac and sn combination
What can I sayAny particular reason why they have a password on developer options? I never had android device that needed a password.
Because developer options include many sensitive operations and some advanced options and features, setting up the password input function can improve the security and privacy of the device and prevent some sensitive operations from being performed by mistake.Any particular reason why they have a password on developer options? I suppose that makes sense.Because developer options include many sensitive operations and some advanced options and features, setting up the password input function can improve the security and privacy of the device and prevent some sensitive operations from being performed by mistake.
Yes perhaps in that case why not just make basic things available for side loading unknown devices e.t.c bad enough with amazon changing how to enable there developer options a while back any one going in there normally only goes to enable a few items at user risk.I suppose that makes sense.
I would imagine you have tried clearing cache.I have one of these sticks on the spare bedroom TV. Recently setup tivimate on the device and the channels do not play correctly. Will just get stuck in a loop and repeat the same 5 second clip over and over again. Tried the amlogic fix and it doesn't seem to do anything for me. Same channels work perfectly in other devices in the house (mostly chromecast with google tv) and I dont think it is a network issue in this specific room as I am able to stream high bitrate blu ray remuxes from real-debrid with no issue on this device. Any thoughts?
Used Vimu as an external player and was getting the same issue, should have mentioned that. Makes me think it is some kind of codec issue. Didn't know you could change the output format for Xtream codes so I will give that a shot when I get home.I would imagine you have tried clearing cache.
You could try using an external player like VLC.
If you are using Xtream codes go into settings find the playlist then try changing the output format in Xtream Codes parameter.
It does sound like a codec issue.Used Vimu as an external player and was getting the same issue, should have mentioned that. Makes me think it is some kind of codec issue. Didn't know you could change the output format for Xtream codes so I will give that a shot when I get home.
Have you tried on another device at the end of the day could be just crappy provider.Used Vimu as an external player and was getting the same issue, should have mentioned that. Makes me think it is some kind of codec issue. Didn't know you could change the output format for Xtream codes so I will give that a shot when I get home.
