Help With M3U file and ss iptv

I have a JVC Smart Tv and have ss iptv on it. I have being using an M3U file on VLC player on my Pc . How can I transfer that now to the new Tv and how would I get an EPG too.

The instructions to load the m3u should be inside the iptv app,usally a website you use to send the m3u to the iptv app
