I really can use your help. My car came back from a garage with no cd/radio not playing. These are the codes on the side of my Renault Megan 2007;

I have been driving in radio silence and it's killing because I drive long distances. Please help me.

Thanks for such a swift reply but the radio and cd didn't come on when I entered the code and pressed 6 to save. Just gave me an error. I tried entering the code 4 times and on each occasion it failed. What am I doing wrong? What should I try next?
