running sucmnsee, but there has been a change in transponder for certain channels
how do i scan for new channels, as i cant find the transponder details
thanks or will there be an update for sucmnsee

Start scan. Wait.
Exit all
Hold power button on remote and select Restart
 
Hi guys I've got a problem I've followed the guide all was working fine then my line expired! I then extended my line for a further 12 months paid via PayPal now I can't get anything other than terrestrial tv on my zgemma star s?? Any ideas??

You can use on h1 h2 s s2.
Will need to change the tuner stuff to cable just

Do usual checks.
Reboot router, homeplugs, box.
Make sure all 3 connecting
Check back of box. U getting green and orange lights at net port?
Menu
Setup
Softcam
Softcam manager
Restart the cam ur using.

Menu
Setup
System
Network
Devices
Network test.
All should be green.

Cheers I've done all of the above still no joy! Always happens when the match is on! Not that I'll miss much from Chelsea anyway!!

Now lets give it a go.
I hope I can make this work without making myself look a bigger idiot than I am!
 
Hi folks, I really need your help and hopefully it will offer clarity for others along the way.
I've successfully flashed the new box by following the idiots guide (which was exactly what I needed so thank you for that) however can you tell me;

How my 4 clines (from my old F5s) should now be entered into the new box - ie. this is an example of how they currently appear (not exact for obvious reasons)
C: server1.ccc.net 12345 abcde cccamsky
C: server2.ccc.net 12345 abcde cccamsky
C: server3.ccc.net 12345 abcde cccamsky
C: server4.ccc.net 12345 abcde cccamsky

I tried to enter the lines straight from the remote as per the idiots guide. So how should they look and am I entering them in the right place?

ah, I see. So I need to move my cccam.cfg file to the etc. folder? I'm not great with FTP, can I enter them manually in any way?
 
Yea you should have CCcam.cfg in etc folder anyway. It would be easier using FTP rather than remote
Idiots Guide for adding your line with Filezilla
On your Box Menu > Info> Network > Get your box IP address
Open up Filezilla Host (top left ) Type in IP address Username root Leave others blank Press Quickconnect
Box should then connect to computer Left side computer, Right hand box
For N lines
On right hand side locate usr Double click it Then Keys Double click It You should now see 2 files Mg and Newcamd list On Newcamd list Left click/right click Then click View/Edit ( It may ask you what program you wish to view the file choose Notepad) You will see 2 samples of what your lines should look like either edit your line details or Delete up to CWS = (space either side of = )
Copy and past your line Less the N: in its place*
Disconnect from Filezilla By Clicking the X just under bookmarks top of page
Press blue button on remote control >.Softcam Manager Select Mg 1.38 and start cam Restart box (not with GUI)
For C lines*
Instead of usr/keys on box Your line goes Complete with the C in the Ect folder on box and select CCcam and start in Softcam manager and restart box

Hi few questions, going to buy box tomorrow, I'll be using WiFi dongle, do I need to install this beforehand and do I use the latest sucmnsee image download?
 
Thanks very much for your help, that's really helped a lot, still managed to edit the cccam with the remote rather than FTP but all the lines are now there (it took a bit of scrolling down to find where they should go in the Etc folder but it is there!) Given I faffed with the nline area a bit do I need to go back and put it back as it was? (I took a photo before I messed with it!)
Hopefully everything now should work, just loading the epg on to a stick and then will reboot and try - will report back - fingers doubly crossed!!!!!

Ok, all the clines are in the cccam file on the etc. folder, however its stilll not working, any ideas on what to double check or look for or tests that I can run?

Have no choice but to use WiFi I'm afraid, only mobile bb available to me, gonna have a hotshot modem dedicated to de box alone
