I just tried this on both versions, the e2i in grog build is different to the one on plain openatv.
Neither were any different, same error msg when opening thewatch, it's an ssl error

Yes.
Using GBFR on H7 you can't get the version @dsayers2014 has showing in his pic, the h+ version.
This only shows as h+ on plain atv.
Using GBFR it reverts to 2+ version

Its set to yes and tried all types and with source code.

I had this on my vix image, issue every time I tried installing an ipk it would install what is on feeds. I then had a brain fart I use opkg hold. I removed the flag

opkg flag user enigma2-plugin-extensions-e2iplayer

This allowed me to install ipk version

So if I remove e2i, delete the iptv folder in usr. Lib.python.plugins. extensions
Then run that command I can install he h+ version?

I've installed that several times.
Reflashed and installed it again but it never changes from the 2+ version in remove plugins


Every time thewatch is opened it gives the same error

Did you do the flag command?

On vix it shows a dated version for me

Edit this is the error I get without VPN it's slightly different

I've not run the flag command yet.
I was going to ask if you got an error without vpn.
Can't work out why some don't use vpn and have no problem.
Mine won't work with or without.
I'll try a different vpn now

mine works okted to try host first
the host folder is already in the iptv folder i uploaded it seperratly incase u just wan

did u delete old folder first , then replace it BEFORE u reboot
