location of Cccam.cfg

where do I put the Ccam.cfg file, I've read different posts that it could be within the etc folder or user/keys folder or both.

I'm using OpenATV

If you are using Wooshbuild ATV then just follow his steps. If you are looking to ftp the line to the box then the file goes into usr/keys

Cccam.cfg file is located in etc folder. FTP and then find etc folder and enter it. scroll down and you'll find the cccam.cfg

Thanks, I'm just using a basic image. Where is the best place to download current version of cccam ?

To save you a lot of hassle I would advise using a backup image - either Wooshman version or Sucmnsee version.Have a look in the stickies section at top of forum. Their images are all set up, just a matter of you picking your location and entering line/gift

Took the words right out of my mouth. Me personally I use sucmnsee image but there is many others who use wooshbuild. Have a read about both of them and decide which one you wanna go with.

It'll make life a whole lot easier in my opinion.

I've been told by cline operator that I need to use Cccam 2.1.4. I can only find the zip file on here, anyone suggest where I can find this file.

Also, make sure the file is named CCcam.cfg
Zgemma's are bit sensitive!!

Download filezila client, input your ip address root and enter. Click on ect and ccam should be in the drop down menu. Right mouse click and choose view /edit. Enter your lines and close by saving it. Simply
