you'll need to pull radio out from dash and quote all numbers printed on the label or stamped on the metal casing.

Yes I thought that, I only just managed to get it slightly out and took the numbers from the barcode. It's quite hard to get out, what's the preferred method ?

Hi, I'm long since retured from fixing radios and I can't remember removing a 2004 Nissan radio. Have a look on youtube.. It might just involve remocing a few screws to get access.
