Openbox V8S channels all over the place

Hey guys. I set up my new Openbox V8S today and I'm having some trouble with the channels. I'm hoping someone can help.

I've connected the box to my Sky dish, which works perfectly with my Sky Q box. I am able to find a whole bunch of channels, but the order they're in is a complete mess. For instance, BBC One HD just doesn't work - it says no signal - and neither do any of the other channels until I get to around channel 1500. I can't seem to watch any of the channels in the favouries list, either. I've tried searching the satellite again several times, and updating my channel list, but nothing seems to fix it.

Strangely, if I go into the TP list and search for channels using the individual frequencies, I start to pickup more channels I can watch. However, there are hundreds of frequencies, and I don't want to have to do them all individually.

What am I doing wrong? Can anyone help?

Press menu go to upgrade by internet press OK press OK again it should bring up now menu ether upgrade your firmware or down load latest channel list

Ahhh! So that explains it. So, if I contact an aerial installer, do you know if it's easy to run a compatible line off the same dish?

I've tried upgrading the channel list dozens of times. Unfortunately it doesn't work.
 
It's only the lnb that needs changing to hybrid which obviously allows both the older sky setup
to work along side Q
