Everton seem to have gone even more backwards since Lampard came in.
With the next 5 fixtures they have got to say cant see where the points will come from.
They are in deep trouble now in going down.

When you are down there, even when you play well things go against you.
Doesn't seem to be getting better with Lamps though, if he loses the dressing room now they are deffo down!

Don't really rate lampard tbh and, yes your right squad has to take a fair share of the blame.
They have been utterly woeful and shambolic.
A strange decision, he doesn't look like he's lost the backing of his players, and if they do go down he'd be the best man to bring them straight back up. Allardyce the bookies favourite to take over.

It screams of a panic move from the board a bad decision imo.
Still see them going down and if he was there still and they went down I would have been confident that he would have brought them back up straight away.

Erik ten Hag: Manchester United appoint Ajax coach as next manager
Manchester United have appointed Ajax coach Erik ten Hag as their next manager.The Dutchman, 52, will take over from interim boss Ralf Rangnick at the end of this season on a three-year deal which can be extended by a year.
Rangnick, who replaced the sacked Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in November, is set to move into a consultancy role.
Ten Hag will become United's fifth permanent manager since Sir Alex Ferguson retired in 2013.
"It is a great honour to be appointed manager of Manchester United and I am hugely excited by the challenge ahead," said Ten Hag.
"I know the history of this great club and the passion of the fans, and I am absolutely determined to develop a team capable of delivering the success they deserve."
