Problem with Plex picture on Samsung smart tv

Hi This is for a friend he has 2 TVs Samsung smart running Plex app connected to a server.
When he in some channels The picture goes from 16.9 to 4.3 Even though to telly is set to 16.9
I know some older programs are set 4.3 but That is not the problem
Have tried different tv settings without any luck Both tvs are 2016
Any suggestions ?

I know on e2 boxes setting the screen resolution to just scale solves the problem, is there video settings in Plex ?

Managed to find a little fix. When on a channel and picture goes to 4.3 press green button on remote and go to bottom setting (automatic) and press ok button till 16.9 comes then back button to exit out sorry to say you have to do it every time it happens
