Scrambled randomly with powerline adaptors

Hi all just wondered if anyone has had issues with using powerline adaptors?? I have 2 f5 boxes the front room is directly connected into the router and very rarely has issues but the 2nd in the back room is connected to the network via powerline adaptors. This one is having issues with scrambled channels a lot!!! When it has them the front room is fine so I know it's not the ccam or the Internet, swapped boxes around and still has issues in the back room so the only thing left is the powerline adaptors!! Has anyone experienced issues with them at all?? Thinking of going to a wifi dongle or would I be better running a 50m rj45 around the house?? Any tips would be great

Are yo using them socket to socket or are you using extensions? if so get rid of the extension

Always used straight socket to socket. It's weird it was fine until around 4pm today then started going mad but like something is interfering with them

Try resetting the homeplugs, should be a button on the side, then pair again.
