skybox f5 with bt internet

hi my mate has just changed over to bt from virgin for his internet now his box wont work on premium channels i know they is some way to alter the settings for it to work any idea how to do it has i have no idea has im with virgin thanks

Not sure but I can't see a change of ISP stopping your F5 from working. Has the gift ran out?

Borolads, now there is a blast from the past LOL

When I got my modem updated, it wouldn't allow the box to decode, but I found when I changed the DCHP to "off", it worked again. maybe you could try that first, then reboot the Sat box and the router
