some channel freezes?

hi guys wonder if you can help i have v6 box and im using wifi some channels freezes like watch tv dave and few more is this due to my gift or can it be down to the wifi signal please help or can it be down to channel list im using as im using cwaite list the lastest one

More than likely wifi can you test hardwired for a few hours to compare against wifi

Best way to check server is on a Saturday when people are watching football lots of frezzes glitches means over subscribed

If you can't use Ethernet as a long term solution then look at homeplugs and not wi-fi, this will help with a better connection to the internet for you
