Strange problem - Sky Sports channels playing up at 1 location.

Hello All,

I have 2 F3 boxes with the same firmware, suscription, and channel list.

At address 1 the boxes works fine, all channels appear as expected - happy days.

At address 2 both boxes have an issue displaying some of the Sky Sports channels. All movies, Sports and other pay channels works - however for Sky Sports channels, only SS2 works all other SS channels say scrambled or "Invalid Program, search again". For SS News I get sound but no picture. This is very strange and has only started happening recently.

Any ideas as to what this could be. At address 2 the broadband seems fine, im wondering if it could be a tuning issue, and maybe I need to rescan for channels.

At address 2 you may find that the dish needs a little tweaking---this usually sorts the sky channels.

Thanks for the response, when you say a little tweaking, is it a diy job or a job for satellite engineer?

All other Pay sky channels work, it's just the sky sports ones that don't work properly.

If you can reach the dish safely then it's easy---get someone to watch tv while you do the tweaking lol
or get a cheap sat meter [fiver on the bay]
