Forget about your Viark box , it wont work with sky de EVER. Your chipset does not support the method to unscramble the channel.,Invest in a good enigma2 box
 
Hi,Does anyone know what the new VIP Package (12.50 euro/month) opens and also when renewal time
comes around for the sat 4k will the cheaper 'server only' option open less channels than we have currently.
It seems like at the moment that we are getting all the 'sp1 server' has to offer except de,or am I wrong?
Not bothered about de,never watched it anyway.
 
Viark Sat 4k is not worth doing at the moment the VIP packages or ones aimed at Europe are not working on it.

The VIP Monthly package will open DE and possibly if the rumours are true IT from today.
 
As I thought youknowme as you asked about 103e you may not be asking about afn on 9e. I can tell you that afn on 9e is working fine on viark sat 4k.
 
Has anyone else noticed that since the firmware update on the Viark 4k that you can't seem to edit the fav channel list, I can add channels to a list, but not move individual channels up or down the list.

Yes mate, ive not given it much thought though or tried to get around it. With any luck get some time tomorrow.

You dont really need the latest update it does nothing of intrest on the 4K at the moment.
 
I've not updated my Viark Sat 4k to the newest firmware yet as the general consensus appears to be that it doesn't provide anything substantially better than PT1.12

Rai 4K on 13E works perfectly on 1.12 for UHD World Cup footy. Sync this up with 5Live audio commentary and you've got the best picture with English audio for all the World Cup games.
 
Can you downgrade firmware on them via the USB method?

Not been impressed with stabillity of my Viark 4K since I upgraded it to 1.13.

Secondly, is it not possible to have a multi sat favourite channel list? When I switch sats my Viark only shows my favs on that sat.
 
@All what it this firmware Software Problem and Programm Update Problem by viark sat 4k.the Problem occurs often and ive pulled the Power plug frome the viark sat 4k receiver umpteen Times and plugged it in again.the Problem occurs at irregular intervals.whis it this Problem Software it pt.1.13.why does it hang?

From the screen shot it looks like your trying to add a channel list for a Viark Lil that list wont work on a Viark 4K
 
My viark sat 4k its viark sat 4k not viark lil receiver.i if go to Update SW in viark sat 4k the empty field appears.
