My viark list works on the v8 uhd.
Having looked at an older viark channel list, that already had Dolby set to 1, so maybe it's an old option that has now been removed.

Same, the homeshare didn't show either and setting the resolution to 8 still doesn't force it to stick with 4K2K50 on reboot.
I leave mine at 1080 50i otherwise I get weird compression artefacts on my TV, only have it on 4k for any 4k channels now.
That USB Uart setting could be interesting as well, there's some FTP stuff as well, I wonder if there's another secret code like the 5689 / 6666 ones that enable more options.

I remember there was an converter to convert enigma 2 list to this format. But can't remember what it was called 😃
Dreamset could do it but that was years ago for other boxes and sdx fomats it wont do it now

Yes but the sdx version dreamset delt with is not the same as the Viarks and UHD now use.
