do you have to upgrade to 1.06 for drs2 for the sp1/sp2 to work or will it work on previous software

You need to upgrade to 1.06 it wont work on 1.05

How i can check what server connected on my box . Virak sat 4k . When you go on server settings all hidden.

Apparently that info is needed to determine if I need SP1 or super card ?

Its always been hidden i think on the 4k.

If your in europe you need SP1 or 2

If you have the latest firmware update on your box all you need to do is get SP1 or SP2 then you will be on IM.140

I have updated to 1.14 . Have not upgraded to SP1 yet as my supplier was asking to confirm which server I am at the moment and I can't see as it is hidden on my box.

I have the viark drs2 and didn’t know which server I was on either as it only showed as PT the vendor I updated to sp1 with never asked any questions and applied the update, it still doesn’t show what server your connected to in the server connection field in the box menu however its now visible when entering a detailed info page which is now available to me on the drs2.

Try telling them you're on the 'European server' so need SP1 / SP2.

It will come with stock firmware you will need to update to latest firmware then add sp1 or sp2

Hopefully you haven’t given him the wrong serial number and given someone a free lunch however if your Iptv is working and wasn’t before then it can’t be that, but easy to check the serial on the email confirmation against your box serial #
