This list was originally created by GIORGIO team for the V8 UHD, but it has been heavily modified and hugely manipulated to get 28.2 channels in correct order using a combination of STB Editor, notepad++ and the Viark Sat 4K remote.

It was ALOT of work and took far too long to create, so I won't be keeping it updated.

If any channels do not work, then you will need to rescan them manually but I think most of it should be ok (fingers crossed), but remember if you do rescan then do not use the option to wipe the existing channels as it will remove the lot.

I have left the LNB as Universal and USALS is set for all sats (default settings used by GIORGIO team).

I've put this on the V8.
As well as the other channel list I'v tried from here, noticed clicking the fav button on remote, the channels doesn't seem to be how they've been setup (i.e. entertainment channels appear News, plus 1 in Movies, movies in music etc) though looks fine in srb editor.

Is this how it should be?
May be box is faulty - something I can fix?
Using latest firmware

Just rename the favs on your box (takes seconds to do it), for some reason it doesn't rename them correctly just by loading the channel list (possibly because the viark will take 26 favs but the v8 only allows 8).

I've been working on a channel list editor but its probably still a few weeks away depending on when I get time. Above is where am I am so far when you import cokeaddict's list (cheers to him for the list).

Re-order and delete is done, going to add channel editor to the right hand panel. Need to do the export function and then i can release an alpha version to test. Should be able to export to DRS2 format as well as sdx, but will need to look into it.

Nice work mate. What would be nice if it was able to convert an enigma2 list to sdx file..
If that's possible at all ☺️

I haven't looked into an enigma2 editor before because there are so many options already. One thing that may make it tough is the multiple .tv files needed. Does anyone know if you can work on the lamedb file alone or would I need the satellites.xml etc too. Is the order of channels in the lamedb the order the appear on a box? Another thing I'm not sure on is StreamRelay, and how that would be converted to the viarks.

I could probably write a script to convert a lamedb file to an sdx, but I'm not sure it would be useful without the other enigma2 files.

The lamedb file on it's own isn't enough, it contains some data, but not the channel order and I think you would also require the satellites.xml too.
