Im so guttered! I only had the dish changed 6 weeks ago because i moved house and had sly q at the time 🙈 Which lnb do I need for the v8uhd? I want to order one now.

If you no longer have skyQ a universal LNB is all you need.

LNB holders on sky dishes are smaller than universal ones so would need the 40mm holder as well or a sky hybrid LNB.
Have you checked its not a hybrid?

Well, it only looks to have 2 outputs so I'm pretty sure that rules out a hybrid. And if it was working with Sky Q, it must be wideband. So either grab a Hybrid or as Feret suggests, a Universal LNB.

As said looks like standard sky q wideband.

If you have a Screwfix nearby they have a Visiblewave universal 4 output lnb for £15.91 that should fit

Have a look on Facebook marketplace. There’s enough people throwing out old dishes you might get one for free.

If you buy a new one, try to get an elliptical one so that it matches the shape of the dish. A couple of “Sky” lnbs I bought are round, I think they’re Labgear.

You might get lucky on Amazon DE but most of us have had to go to German or Spanish sat shops.

Have you purchased a European Mar Line to go with the box from a seller ? It's won't open paid channels without.

One of my mates is having issues getting the box ID showing he has updated the firmware any ideas lads (GT media v8 uhd box) Not got the box with me just trying to help. Its connected to wifi

I know previously people who had similar issues was trying to connect via ethernet and connecting with wifi sorted this out. Has he tried resetting box and network settings then connecting again and rebooting box to see if it helps ?

The letters A to F appear on the left hand side once the key has been added click OK below A - F then add the transponder numbers.
