Sometimes that expiry date does show as expired and the box still works. Maybe back up your channel list and factory reset.Any idea ??

Says that on mine its normal.@manic01 I already reseted it twice.
Yes, it says PT connected on the main screen but when i click Server then "Connected Servers : 1 Disconnected ".

I even changed my ethernet cable + restarted router
Not sure why you ignored the request? Its easy enough to do Just make sure to back your channel list up.Looks like that is the only way to fix it.

I had a GTMEDIA V8 UHD box, connected to internet with ethernet, box said it was connected OK etc. Was advised to disconnect ethernet, (reboot box) and try wifi, This worked, disconnected wifi, reconnected ethernet, Box and channels working.Even factory reset didn't help.
I think there might be a problem with my viark 4K.
Signal - 92 %
PT connected
Ethernet cable connected
But channels still not clearing
Ahh the next thing is try is use the wireless dongle thing and hotspot it to your phone then reboot the Viark and see if it then shows channels in yellow.Even factory reset didn't help.
