Yes indeed, many servers haven't got the foggiest how to solve this. This was an exercise to differentiate the amateurs from the pros. If you find a good stable server near to stick with them as you know that are ready and knowledgeable to fix any issues.

Bligh me, thanks for the insight but I have no idea how to identify another up to date provider.

There are quite a few still adamant theirs are fine despite being told but its their loss as everyone will go to a reliable supplier as I did yesterday and lots others

I changed everything tbh

used this one and its spot on ftp to root/var/volatile/temp
and install local extension and restart the box

If using filezilla, highlight your line in downloads on the left side, then go to etc, tuxbox, config, oscam emu or latest, whatever you are using and put it in there.

I have got test line to try so username ,password,port and host name is that correct

Dont need to put anything in port, I dont think
