Check your update guys.

Ps. It's doesn't have the skyq skin or the vpn adder. I'm trying to add my pia vpn and can't see how to do it.

Thanks for mentioning the version numbers, I am just uploading so 6 will update to 7.002.

Both SkyQ and VPN adder are available, you just need to install them from the plugins.

Did you restore settings, could be your settings thats screwed it up.
Have you tried removing and installing again
If that fails I would just reflash without restoring any settings. Make sure you have a copy of your line etc first tho

Check that you have a server country selected.
Or select the remove the account details, and then change provider and start from the first page. Version 1 was a short lived single provider plugin which was soon replaced, so a few things changed for the better.
 
Can anyone one help please. Zgemma h2s has stuck on boot with red light since last week. Must I try flashing with openatv 6.1 a

Looks like you need to reflash your box using wooshbuild basebuild unless you have a backup that you can flash
 
Hi All,

Sorry if this has been covered, I know it’s been mentioned over the last few pages, but I can’t find a definite answer.

If I reflash from my box will it solve the issue where IP address has N/A etc?

    Please be patient with me as I’ve never come across this problem before and I don’t understand some of the terminology.

    My mate is running a H2s and we ungraded to Whoosh 7 yesterday.

    Since we have done this, his IP address and Nameserver(?) has become unconfirmed on the network tests.

    Also, the IP address and Gateway (?) or N/A on Adapter Settings.

    Can someone please give me an idiots walkthrough on this ? ( an I do mean idiot’s)

    By the way, it is connected by Ethernet and we have tried a new one. Also, it works when I bring it to my house!!! As much as I like my mate, can’t have him living here!!!!

If I update from WooshBuild 7 to 7.002 does mean I can do my box updates or are they still out of bounds .

@Marko121 - Yes, either change the name servers manually to the same IP address as the router - instructions have been posted in the last 24 hours or reflash the box and BaseBuild will install 7.002. If you can change the nameservers yourself, it is quicker and easier.

@Robbieminty - you need to be reading backwards through posts as it has been posted 4 billion times in the last 24 hours. Might be worth reading my last few rants too about people who just post a question without reading any previous posts - a bit like you have just done !

The H2S, H2H, H52S, H52TC, Vu+ Duo2, Vu+ Solo2 images are uploaded.
im on the h2h I backed up my settings first then /greenbutton/ wb config/then scroll to reflash it didn't say 7.002 but I carried on with the reflash / after it had reflashed I restored settings/ and it had put version 7.002 on my box and every thig working fine even the ip connection name server you was on about

The reason for this is that I haven't uploaded the new version identifier yet. I wanted to get the main boxes uploaded first. Once I have the H32TC uploaded I will update the version numbers.

Thanks for this. Might actually be easier to reflash as can’t seem to change nameserver without adding another one instead. Can it be flashed from the box or does it need a new basebuild?

ive just told you how to reflash of your box read the post on this page ive sent telling you
 
If your box is connected to the internet then yes reflash through WB-Config and if no internet you will have to use the new basebuild
