All of the channels have been moved and documentary channels as now in the main Entertainment bouquet

Found that out eventually after installing my IPTV plugin. Press TV and they’re all in there along with my IPTV channels :) brilliant

Im in Yorkshire using ABM and my channels are in perfect order I am also using satellite and a vu duo2. Yeah I know that doesnt help you much either does it

Are you running wb 7 or earlier using autoboquets E2.
Sky messed with the channels a while ago and moved everything around this resulting in the channels being screwed up
I would suggest you flash wooshbuild infinity as I have just scanned Wales and HTV wales and they both give channels 1-5 in HD
how do i do that? would i need to re-link my IPTV again?

Yes, your IPTV isn't part of any image so if you flash your box, no matter what you do with it you will need to re-install your IPTV to re-add it.
If your IPTV is currently part of the EPG a settings backup will keep the bouquets, but it won't install anything for your IPTV or run any putty commands you may have done in the past. You will however be able to watch IPTV on the bouquets stored on the EPG.
Make your provider do some work and help you set it up again.

Ok thanks mate. I have a Zgemma H2S for Sly and IPTV. What other box that is faster and more responsive would you recommend? cable not in my area.

Twin tuner H7S - fast
A H9S Twin is due July time. I don't know if this is release date or testing, I don't know a price yet.
You have a lot of 1300mhz CPU boxes to choose from, these will be a noticeable difference in speed to the H2S
It all depends on what you want to spend as ou have the Vu+ range at the top end of the scale. Very high quality build.

Hey man. Installed the new whoosh by got no channels and when I scan I get an error "no valid NIM found for Sly UK" help

Which normally means you skipped the tuner setup side of things, or you restored your settings and that contained sat tuner details or your sat cable isn't connected.
Menu -> Setup -> Service searching -> Tuners
Let it auto detect your tuners and see what it finds.
Then run an ABM scan to see if it finds channels.
Menu -> Setup -> Service searching -> AutoBouquetsMakers -> Scan
If it doesn't find any channels then there is an normally an issue with your sky cable.
Please post in the Infinity support thread for Infinity support

Now full version release, it is advisable to put installing WooshBuild Infinity on your to-do list.
WooshBuild Infinity uses a slightly different method to install than you are used to but is more user friendly than ever before. One simple command will install Infinity on Satellite, Cable, Satellite + Cable or just setup the box for IPTV.
All of the plugins previously available in WooshBuild version are still available and some have been updated slightly.
With the easiest, cleanest setup method available, you can flash your box and be up and running in 5 minutes (box speed dependant)
Backup your settings, flash openATV and run the setup command. No addition manual settings are required once your box restarts after setup.
Satellite and Cable tuners are configured, channels are freshly scanned and your EPG is being imported.
Infinity doesn't use an image, but gives you the latest versions of all plugins available - it is only as old as you let it become. - Just another original idea from WooshBuild

how do i get the download to re flash wooshbuild on to my zgemma box as it is stuck on boot and been told need to reflash the box. thanks ian

If a box is ever stuck on boot you have to flash the box from a USB stick.
The can be caused by a wrong image being flashed, the box being turned off and back on before a flash finishes or for no reason at all after being switched off. The boxes don't like to just be turned off though and on a whole should be shut down from the menus. I do from time to time say to just turn it off though.
If you box needs flashing, now is the perfect time to move to Infinity.

You need to download the latest openATV image to a USB, like you did WooshBuild. And flash the box. Instructions for this are also included with the Infinity instructions.
