You probably already have webif on the box...check it now
on your remote, press menu>information>network
in there is an ip address of the box, 192.168 etc, write it down
on your computer, open a new browser and type that ip adresss in and click enter
this is the interface for your box, on the pc, you can flash it from there by clicking on the 'Terminal' and following infinity installation

Down the left hand side under extras will say terminal click on it login as root then type the infinity command

Press blue software manager go to flashonline/local green flashonline and press blue if openatv 6.2 dosnt show up select a zip file to reflash with then follow the wooshbuild infinity setup guide

It's not reading my USB stick now ? So it wont let me flash

You don't need usb stick to reflash your box follow what I just put and flash online

I have a wifi dongle plugged in the front USB does it need to be plugged in there ?

You can reflash your box online I posted press blue for software manager then flashonline/local green to flash online it should come up with open atv 6.2 if not press blue it will appear and select a zip file to reflash then follow infinity install guide

Sorry mate. I have tried that an error message comes up saying not enough space on hdd

download the image for your box from here, click airdigital for all zgemma models, make sure you choose the correct model
unzip it and put it on a formatted usb and flash up to HDMI settings, 2-3 mins, then follow infinity instructions

It's still not working it wont let me flash and when I press the blue button it does nothing. Do I need to update my box ?

Have you open atv 6.2 onto usb put in rear USB and tried to reflash it that way like what @pabloescaban has posted

I tried to update through the box while I was waiting for the ATV to download and now it wont flash or boot ? I know I'm an idiot before you say it.
