Xe vod problems

I have xe running on zgemma h9s se all was working fine but all of a sudden when on vod series it says no data available movies working fine but series not line is good as series list will load on my phone any help greatly appreciated

I'd start with removing and re installing XE

Reload the playlist it might need updating.

Check that workspace is set to media/hdd and not internal flash, you need a usb inserted in those devices permanently, internal flash is miniscule and will not store enough data, especially not for a large VOD catalogue
