install a programme called dreambox control center on your laptop or PC, start it ,you will be in configuration page,now presuming you have a router with everything connected directly from that either wired or wirelessly and not some strange set up, ,it should see your router by default if not press search under the picture of a router then search again it will appear in the list click usually 192.168.0.1 ,click it then do the same for your laptop ,and receiver unless its not DHCP then just enter IP, then press reconnect you should get a green line between all 3 devices,and you will see a green light at bottom of screen for FTP and TELNET,now click the FTP tab on left side of page ,then 2 panes will open on the left will be the files and folders from your receiver ,on the right the files and fiolders from your laptop. ccam .cfg goes in / ect so on the left pane open up ect by clicking ,then on the right browse to your cfg file you have obtained and click the little arrow in middle of 2 panes pointing left obviously as you are moving a file from right pane to left pane ,for mgcamd and N line you need to goto /VAR/KEYS in left pane and your mg.cfg and newcamd.list file move over into there ,restart cam ,maybe hard reset receiver to be safe ,and should work ,sounds a lot more complex than it actually is,some use proper FTP programmes like filezilla for example but ive always found this easier .
