That is a very common problem unfortunately. Not all, but most of these supplies put the cheapest lines available in which results in lots of freezing.

worked out the epg thanks so got that bit sorted.
Been in contact with the supplier(at last) he got me to go through a few things on the box if its still freezing in a couple of days hes supplying me with a new line(it came with 24 month warranty) so all should be good if it still happens after that he going to replace the box.
Does anyone else have a problem with screen size changing while watching sly channels ??
