Have you tried a hard reboot of router and device unplug router from socket for 10 minuites same with device.
Plug router back in let it reboot then same for stick.
Could also be you are using an out of date smarters which can cause network problem when trying to login
Each provider has their own version of smarters.
If you got it from another provider, only his login details will work on it.
If you want to use a different provider you have to use their version or other android app.
Few providers will give server details now, usually just user and password
