Could be worth a try, he will still need to save his csinfo because he will lose the details
after the reset.

I just located the csinfo save area but when i press the GROUP button it requires a password again guys, it's not 9991 or 0000 so looks like i'm screwed here on purpose?

I would try the firmware update only at first, just in case a factory reset may loose your current cline details. It is a matter of putting the new firmware on a pendrive.

Try the above idea, failing that:

Did you buy it with the server already installed?.

If no give me your system info.

Menu > Installation > System info........

Your CS information has been locked by the people who give you your server. You can ask them for the pin but I doubt if they will give it you.

The BM7000 is very secure, so you won't be able to get their information without them giving you their pin number, OR doing a factory reset which will delete all their info, but it will let you back in with the default pins of 0000 or 9991 for you to add your own server.

I have used an older version of the firmware - it works very well. I want to try the latest verion as i am seeing some connection hangs. Thank you very much for providing this and all the support. I don't think I csan add much as I am new to using the bm7000s. thanks

It's because Sly are now pairing their cards to the boxes, so it's goodbye to the Sly HD channels..

I am a newbie to this forum, I have a blade Bm7000s and require the latest patched firmware..where can I download this from? also my cline has stopped working, I only now receive the free channels..can anyone recommend a good server? One where there is no freezing or glitches..apologies if I written anything I'm not supposed to.

Hi I have downloaded the latest blade firmware. I can't access the hidden streams or 9991 menu. I did it to my mates and the same result. Any help would be grateful.I dodownloaded it from the blade media website

pkyler82..i am new to this forum but I have just managed to sort the issue you are having, first of all you don't want to use the firmware form the Blade site, you require the patched version hence the 9991 menu is not working for you, if you got to Downloads section on this forum and under blade media search for the firmware, the latest on this forum is Jan 2013...I managed to get Mar 2014 from elsewhere but I cant remember where I downloaded it from..will come back to you later with that.
so basically just install the patched version of the firmware and you will be ok.
