Setting up a OpenBox V8S HD for the first time

Thanks reaper I will check that out - you don't happen to know if you can get streaming and on demand stuff through the web tv (like Genius or couchtuner) I am a real noob at this
 
hi every1. so I've got a v8s set it up, but i'm only getting minimal channels, only a couple music channels and some freeview channels.when i do a a search a lot of frequencies come up as failed, would a "no signal fix" sort this out for me or is there a bigger problem, tia
 
When was your last chanel update list ? tprog.dbs
do you have a line ?

I got the latest list from ajsat. And by line do you mean ccam. if so then yes, I'm a noob so getting a little confused

Me too.. mine arrives Thursday so doing lots of reading as first box ever
 
Hi guys, I have just got a v8s box. Need a guide on how to set this up properly, I have a lot of scrambled channels?

Should have my first box coming in the next couple of days, hopefully the dummy guide is easy enough for me to follow or expect a whole bunch of questions from me :)
