so i have tuned it in, i think, the tv guide shows i have all the channels and appears to be signal, but when i go on the sky channels the screen just goes blank seems fine for bbc1 etc. Have i tuned it in wrong? any help much appreciated (y)
 
Did you buy the box pre loaded eg. All channels meant to be working or was it just from factory stock and set it up yourself.
 
OK do you know what image its running ? Openvix or openatv .
If it open vix try starting the cam by pressing the blue button scroll to softcam manager and make sure either CCcam2.3.0 or mgcamd1.38 is ticked green . I'm not sure which your using CCcam is for Cline and mgcamd for nline.

Hello, please am using openatv and is not loaded, please can you tell me how to upload my Cline and also 7 days EPG and SKY skin please. am stucked

There seems to be a big bug in openatv in the last couple of days where Tuner A is not picking up channels or when it is, the screen is just black. One solution seems to be to turn DiSEqC on, this has been reported to fix the problem. **edit I confirm turning on DISCEqC fixes the problem instantly **
Another option might be to switch to Tuner B for now.
I am going to thoroughly look into this when I get home in about an hour.

This might be related to your problem.

tried all that, still the same free ones working the rest black screen, cant find tuner b , the only option i get is tuner a or auto

So that's how to setup the entire box. Just follow the sticky guides. It's really straight forward.

Have you put your line on the box? Have you got a cam started? Have you followed the guides?

i'm guessing all that was already sorted the line and cam? it was working fine a few days ago. channels are still there just screen gone black.

Maybe request a test line if it works then you will know that your own line was cut off from the server.

how do i check my server? and if i have been cut off? i got the box preloaded a while back, am using tp links, worked fine till 2 days ago. the free channels still work fine.

I'm not 100% sure with openatv I'm using vix
But I can check my line by pressing the blue button and checking CCcam info then server info.
