Hi Woosh,
I want to upgrade from WB7.02 to Infinity and have got as far as selecting Airdigital and Zgemma H2S from the list but I am then taken to a site which is asking me to buy Kodi boxes and is nothing to do with Infinity (that I can see anyway). Am i doing something stupid - it isn't beyond the realms of possibility of course.

No, not flashed yet just going through the motions and planning how to go about it (just clicking the buttons i'm directed to without having started the installation yet.
Another question that has confused me, can I upgrade from within the box or do I have to have a USB with the files on it after downloading OpenATV?
 
You can flash direct from the box if you want - There is a bit in the instructions for existing users to follow
Blue button > flash online/local > green (online)
Before you flash press menu > information > network > write down your ip address just in case you need it

Just tried the Infinity installation. All went according to plan upto the end of Network Wizard, then I just got a lost of downloaded channels - it did not go to Wooshbuild Infinity Setup. I believe I followed the instructions to the letter, but I must have done something wrong somewhere or something has corrupted. Any ideas please?

If you didn't see a WooshBuild Infinity background on the video wizard screen, you never ran the setup command for infinity in webif.

Once you have flashed your box with openATV you are then at step 1 of the Infinity instructions.

OK, I think I understand, thanks, but how do I now get back to start point again, USB?
 
you can run the command now if you want as you have a clean openATV version on your box unless you have since added bits and pieces.

Give it a go as your box stands now, worst case is you do what Makido said to do in post #5684 above

It isn't being thick, it is just a completely different way of getting WooshBuild on your box. We always like to be original and do as much setup as we can.

Sorry to bother you again, but I'm trying to do my second H2S box now and have used the link in the instructions to get to Webif and it just keeps timing out. Is there another way to get into it please?
 
Please post in the Infinity support thread for Infinity support.

Trying to install anything openATV at the moment won't work as they are upgrading all of their servers.

The answer to your problem though is to use the ip address of the box. Open a command prompt on your computer and type: ping zgemmah2s

This should give you an ip address. In your browser type: http://the_ip_address

That's working fine now thanks. Apologies for using the wrong thread - I am suitably chastised.
 
Hey got to the infinity on my H2S. My freeview channels got epg info but my paid channels got no epg information how do I get this info?

Define paid channels? If you are talking about IPTV then you need to speak to your provider about the EPG. Most providers use EPG Importer by adding their source to the settings. Check you have their sources ticked too, if there are any.

Green button -> EPG Importer -> Blue button (sources) make sure you have your providers IPTV tick.
Save and then press Yellow to do a manual scan.

Make sure you have ticks selected for Rytec UK sat/virgin XMLTV using the above instructions.

The box / EPG Importer doesn't know the difference with channels with or without a line and will bring in the EPG regardless.

Unless you mean that your paid channels are not showing up on the channel listing and you only have freesat channels showing?
 
I have similar issues with my zgemma h2s box haveing flashed the box with latest basebuild from a usb stick I get all the screens as shown in your previous post,
When the device re-boots I get a screen which is the orange coloured Wooshbuild depicting flames. I clicck on the EPG and get the channel list but no programmes on the channels. I then click on the portal and click on the crossepg loader and after a short time get an EPG error message "time out for tuner lock"
 
Hi all,
I have iptv multiroom and since yesterday the epg for the iptv channels will not load. When I run a scan through xtream editor it loads 1 channel and says done. This happens on both boxes. I’ve reset my boxes, re flashed them with basebuild and had my supplier change the qr codes. All channels work but no epg. I’m using a zgemma h2s. Can anybody help? Is there a setting that has changed? Or do I have to update to WooshBuild Infinity to get the epg back.
