Still cheaper than buying another sub and another box....Thanks for all replies I’ll give it a try, as for smart iptv app I had to buy it twice on two TVs ?

I set up a friends LG tv with a sub on smart stb. She has an LG as do I although different models. Mine is working fine. Last night hers was working but this morning she gets a message saying "device not supported" and give virtual mac to provider. Checked with provider and he has the same virtual mac and all good his side (plus my tv working)
Any one seen that message before? Any ideas what going on?
You haven’t by any chance changed the way the tv is connected I’m sure if you set it up wired and then change to wireless it alters the Mac just a thoughtYes it smart stb and it's fully paid up.

Yes mate that’s best they are a bit slow replying but always get back to you mine was playing up a bit they had to reset it there endNo mac is correct, portal correct. I've lodged a ticket with them .
