just went to 9991 and theres nothing coming up,9992 works ok and my lines still connected and i have the correct firmwear,it use to work,only wanted to check my line,has any one else had this problem,thanks.
well managed to sort it,if any one has same problem just have to do a reset and reset lines and reboot box,i should have known this,but never had a problem with it before and still dont why it went like that.
