ecm being high points to kiddac's post above guys, overloaded server!
Try getting a test line from someone else, make sure the provider has the channels you require, then if stable purchase.
is it only the porn that freezes, or do you have this issue when the footie is on?

They have to pay extra for those channels on a real card to share so the only way to make up the profits is to charge more for the line or have more clients on the same server that's why most decent servers won't provide those extra channels so they don't have to overload there servers.
