Are Sky turning off sky dishes

For some reason I have lost all of my free view channels on my Zgemma H2S
I have done a restore / reflash and still no luck.
Have the satellites changed from 2E asta?
Does anyone know if Sky are turning off old sky dishes?

Ps. Old dishes can’t be turned off.

Signal say 0%
And no channels are found - see photos

did you setup your tuners correctly and to what and sat cables are inserted into rear of box.

Haven’t set up the tuners - both cables are in the back of the box fine LNB and Tuner A
How can I set up the tuners?

Menu/setup/tuner config/tuner setup.
Make sure they are enabled and set to Astra 28

Done the above - still no channels found

Possible
Faulty connection going into back of box.
LNB has packed up.
Dished has been knocked out of line.

So do I need a Sky engineer or is it something I can do myself?

Only handy thing you could try is to redo f connectors on end of sat cables when box is powered off.

Get your old Sly receiver out (if you still have one); connect the cables into the back of that box and test your signal that way. If your channels return, then at least you can discount any dish, LNB or cable/lead problems and it will quite possibly be your H2S instead.

Okay. Thank you for your responce.

Plugged into an old Sky box - no signal at all.
Redone the wires - still no signal!
Must be a dish / LNB issue

It would seem that way, you could try your box at a friend's, once you get the free stations, it is definitely the lnb or dish

And I know you have said before but your tuners are definitely set to 28.8 for both A & B? - Auto detected by openATV during the setup?
