Audio subtitles

I keep getting a man talking over programs or films describing what is going on but cannot suss it how to stop it, any ideas he is currently commenting on the Bond film on ITV+1

Press menu/setup/system/auto language selection/

Select your Audio Language 1
Set Prefer AC3 to Yes
Set Prefer Audio Stream Stored by Service to No

Press Green (OK)

I have the dnla set up. So the content recorded on my hdd is shared and I can watch on my smart tv in another room. But play back on smarttv has the subtitles which I don't need. Can I set the box recordings to not record subtitles. Using zgemma2s wooshbuild.
