You won't get much in terms of twin tunner cable box
If recording isn't important I recommend the miracle box premium.
Or eddison.
If can stretch abit further go for the vu solo se v2 it's a great box for £170 ish posted.
Single feed twin tunner split internally.
With all these boxes you will require ext HDD.
Cable boxes are slightly more expensive mate.

I would deffo go for the Technomate TM-Nano-SE M2 PLUS Enigma 2 Linux HD PVR TRIPLE TUNER Combo 1x DVB-S/S2 + 2x DVB-C Receiver
A steal at £138 - 2 cable tuners and they'll have a spare sat tuner just in case.

Got a give a shout for the Octagon SF4008 truly awesome box, Internal HD support, 4K ready. Single feed twin tuner dvb-c + additional if required £200 totally worth paying a bit more.
