Can anyone help please. Just downloaded config.cfg, put into box but message saying update fail...any ideas?

Have you put the July firmware in first ?

hi mate I have this problem some times what you need to do is attach the USB to PC or laptop delete the config file file from the USB then put it back on the USB and upload it on BM5000s again should work
