Box won't update

have you followed one of the guides on here for setup on that model and/or flashed one of the backups?

I havnt had that box for awhile box am pretty sure it shudnt be equal to tunner A as you wont be able to watch one and record another as tuner B will be same as A locked to the recording channel :/ i might be wrong as said not had box for awhile

Leon, sorry just spotted you updated on Vix. Think you need a reflash and install say the latest sucmnsee backup. Load of guides and assistance too. The update may have corrupted something. Do you have your line details backed up?
