Anyone else lost bt sport 1 still got all others

everyone on cable has got it.
it's changed position in the epg
go to menu>setup>autoboqetmaker>update provider files then scan

if it still doesn't appear.
Go to BTS 1
click down arrow
click red
click one of the others BTS 1 that works
