can you still record like sky on a combo tuner DVB-S2+DVB-T2/C

I am looking at purchasing a zgemma h5 but tuner states combo DVB-S2+DVB-T2/C

Would you still be able to record like sky does as picture only shows 1 lnd connection

A combo box like that is 1 tuner for sky 1 tuner for cable/terrestrial.
