cant add line to box

Still no joy done it easy last time cant see what the problem is?? lost

I check dream explorer

cccam 1 shortcutl.lnk is there but only one word inside
I check before I add and line was ok

I have no idea what cccam 1 shortcutl.lnk is but nothing called that should be in there - there should only be the mg_cfg file in there and the cccam.cfg file I sent you with your line details...

Hi sorry i started again

then i go softcam
select cam1 cccam 2.30 then press green
line is ok i checked

Tried restarting your box since doing this?

Failing that, everything is in the correct folders and set up right - you might need someone to jump on your computer via teamviewer and check it out for you just let me know if you want me to help with this.

Hi never done teamviewer before how do we do it?

You just download / run the program then it gives you an id and a random password which you pass to the person helping you via private message - this allows the person to see you pc screen and control your mouse etc. to help you. It's completely safe and it generates a new password each time you open the program - I use it regularly.

If you like, as I have done for others, PM me your line details and Email address and I will send you back your line in a file that can be just imported into your box via the "USB Cam Importer" plugin.

I can do this within mins as I have some time now.
