Channels freezing even fta

Hi guys as said above my mates box is jumping around, told them to check the cables etc but still the same, any ideas

Most likely an issue with your dish. You should be able to check the signal strength on the box. Try have a look and see if you can find out what % your SNR is :)

If that's okay it could be a tuner fail on the box, does he have a spare box to swap and check?

could take my box to check, they say cables are in tight was working ok until yesterday, as long as the fix dont involve me going up a ladder, then its alL good :)

It's most likely that the dish has moved a little bit, a ladder may be necessary lol

Dont know yet its not my box its my mates going to have a look now as they have no clue where to find out

Check the sat cable that none of the outer wire is touching the inner copper wire. also check there is no damage to the cable.

sorted it was cable at back needed straightening up
