Cloud ibox 2 problem

Hi have been trying to add my line via usb as per sellers instructions and does not work as says files not found even though my usb is formatted as i use it with my F5s is there a way of entering it manually please

you need to put your cline in Cloud ibox 2 using dcc ftp to etc folder

anyone put this into terms us not technically minded with this will know
how to put a channel sub onto a cloud ibox 2

1 download ftp programme like filezilla
2 get the ip adress of you sat box
3 open filezilla type in your ip adress then in the userbname type root
4. on the right hand side hit var/etc and drag your Cccam.cfg file in there
