Duo to Duo2 HD question

Hi, I currently own a duo and I am considering upgrading to a duo 2.

Can I swap the HD in my duo into the duo 2 and restore?

Will this work?

Has anyone tried this?

2 different boxes and would not chance it ,if they take the same size hdd you can swap it over ad set it up again initialise to mount,remove any duo images first before moving to duo2

So would I not be able to transfer my recordings over to my new box either?

i think your recordings should transfer as the'yre basically all recorded the same by all boxes.
