DVB-C USB converters

When I change from cable channel to sat channel there is no problem but then when I zap back to a cable channel it won't change back, it just gets stuck and curser keeps spinning. Is there any way to prefend this from happening?
 
Sounds like the box is underpowered for the tuner - has anyone else reported compatibility issues with these tuners on your particular model of receiver?
 
My box is VU+ Solo 2. I could not get the hmp dvb-c/t2 hybrid tuner going with the combo driver, the only driver I could get it to recognise was dvbsky claasic one, maybe it's a driver issue
 
Possibly :( ... I know it's more of an outlay but may have been worth trying to flog the VU+ Solo 2 and buying a box with a built in DVB-C tuner.
