epg missing

Hi all I think I have finally sorted my ox but now it only shows bbc1 to 4hd and no sky channels . And also how would I initialise mu usb for epg or whatever I have to do to keep it in the back of the box

Got the full epg now but my bloody sky channels are not coming on haha

Have you put in your local area and saved and scanned in ABM or is it line problem
