Is there a usb in the box?
Have you set up the epg in xtreamity settings?

Can you please say the options you have set/plugins you are using so that people can help you better instead of guessing and assuming?

Is the EPG cache being saved to internal memory or a storage device?
Have you installed EPG Importer?
If so, what options providers have you set?

You have to provide the information you've been asked for.
When you installed xtreamity and added your sub, did you click "use providers EPG"?
Have you run epgimporter and put a tick in your providers EPG source?

Have you told epgimporter to store the epg on the usb?

As @Abu Baniaz asked have you set up EPG cache being saved to internal memory or a storage device?
Menu > Setup > EPG > EPG Settings
As for Xstreamity you need to Press EPG button when a Live Channel is Highlited for it to even know to pull in EPG and add Xtreamity iptv ptovider into EPGImporter.
