hi after some advice please.
im getting thi message
" invallid nullreferece in method isService HandlerPtr.info arrangement 2 of type eServiceReference const&"
It comes up when im on epg trying to select (with ok button) a channel. btw... i have only got sky news working.????
any ideas people??
 
Means you've no free tuner. How many sky cables in the back? What box? Check tuner config

hi. zgemma h2s two cables. (one in tunera/lnb in.bottom right..the other in lnb in, top.
tuner config is tuner A, simple, single , predefined, 28e astra, 12207v/.... latest wooshbuild crossepg used after flash. all free to air perfect on humax freesat box from same cables.
 
So both tuners set to

Config Mode - simple
Mode - single
Satelite - 28.2E Astra 2E/2F/2G
Send DiSEqC - No

That's your issue. Disable B and will work. Recheck connection to tuner B or swap cables and try. Could be faulty tuner if both cables work fine in other boxes.

ok dissabled tuner b.... autoscan. no free to air still..... swapped cables round... restarted box....no change.
 
When you disabled B did you start scan in ABM? Set you region in providers?

When you changed cables around did you been signal levels again?

Amb? What's that.
After changing cables no signal on either Chanel. Replaced cables one by one in top connection. Only one cable have signal. I left that on connected and the other I left disconnected. Now have signal on A. But still no free channels.
Don't know what amb is .. region is set . To my location. Meridian south east.
 
ABM = AutoBouquetMaker

Ok so disable tuner with faulty cable connected then do a start scan in ABM. Not auto scan.

Can look at cable later.

H2s uses AutobouquetsE2 I think rather than ABM.

If you have signal for tuner A, change tuner B so it says equal to tuner B then restart box and see if you have signal on both now.
 
Yeah what image or build mate? You've maybe not even downloaded a bouquet maker yet lol.

Looks like Wooshbuild from post #3 - AutobouquetsE2 is the default bouquet maker I think on that... not used it for a while though.
 
I will look to do those suggestions tomorrow now as getting late for me . I'm a old codger .. cant manage late nights any more. Thanx for your assistance so far. Will you be about at all tomorrow.?
 
Abe2 you'll be yes for scanning in your bouquets not ABM. I really need to drink more at nights! :-)

If your adamant both cable work then could try a reflash or a different build.
